The Bhagat Jawahar Mal College of Education, Gagarwas, Bhiwani (Haryana) conducts 2 Year full time Regular course of General D.Ed. The course is approved by SCERT Haryana, Gurgaon & Examination are conducted by HBSE, Bhiwani, Haryana. The admission are made through on-line counselling conducted by SCERT Haryana, Gurgaon. The admission process generally starts in the months of May-June every year.

The education programme, commonly known as D.Ed. (JBT), is meant for preparing teacher for primary schools.
